Spent a good amount of time with me and my wife, worth noting the garage is dog friendly with a water bowl provided, Great to see. The KGM we wanted to see was clean and prepared, no pressure sales and the follow up I requested was prompt and supplied me with all the info I needed.

Update on my experiences with Hereford Motor Group. While on holiday in Wales my vehicle had an Engine Check Light come on and went into “limp mode” this was very worry at the time as I was a long way from home with the caravan on the back. I contacted a KGM dealer near to me in Wales at that time and they refused help. So I contacted Hereford Motor Group ( where I bought the car) they gave me good advice and agreed to look at the problem if I can get it back to them. I had the car recovered back to HMG it arrived there on a Monday and was fixed and back on the road by Wednesday afternoon. Great service and a big relief from me. Thank you.

On every visit to Hereford Motor Group I have always been met with a welcome and offer of assistance , ( unlike others who I won’t mention where I have been completely ignored, hence they did not get my business) . This immediately gives a good feeling and level of confidence that you will be dealt with promptly and fairly. The staff are always willing to discuss any concerns and will go that extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. On this occasion my vehicle was in for it’s annual service a member of staff ran me and wife into town so we could do some shopping notified us when the car was ready and came and picked us up , how many other dealerships/garages would do that.

We recently bought our new car from KGM Hereford and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Darren, was fantastic throughout – nothing was too much trouble, he was incredibly helpful and, importantly, there was no pressure at any point. It really felt like he wanted to make sure we found the right car for us, rather than just make a sale. We’re absolutely delighted with the car and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. A really positive experience from start to finish.
